Narrative description of Project:

Construction of Municipal Social Rental Housing is located in the territory of Blloku I Ri Sporti(Ex reparti 741). It will be a 7-floors building with a service area in ground floor (5+2 under roof) and 9-floors ( 7+2 under roof). The building has not underground area

available. Central heating system and elevator are not foreseen in this constriction .The object is composed by one section with stairs space, elevator space and from 6 apartments in each section floor and 5 apartments on floors under roof. Also in this Block are foreseen 1 market building which is 1 floor building.
